Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2026-06-05. By creating an account on Coach Club Global ("CCG", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who can use CCG

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Coaches register as individuals; clubs and academies register as organisations and warrant that the signing user has authority to act on the organisation's behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

3. Verification

CCG verification is offered to build trust between coaches and clubs. Submitting forged, misleading, or unauthorised documents is grounds for immediate removal. By submitting documents for verification you confirm they are accurate and belong to you (or your organisation).

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful content.
No scraping, automated mass-messaging, or circumventing access controls.
No impersonation of other coaches, clubs, or CCG staff.
No posting of confidential information about minors.

5. Community conduct

Community posts and messages are moderated. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Club responsibilities

Clubs are responsible for verifying the suitability of any coach they engage and for complying with the safeguarding and employment law of their jurisdiction. CCG does not act as an employment agency.

7. No guarantee of employment

CCG does not guarantee employment opportunities, interviews, contracts, or outcomes of any kind. The platform is an introduction tool only.

8. Fees

Core membership is currently free during the Founding Member phase. Paid features may be introduced in future and will be disclosed before purchase.

9. Account suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, present a safeguarding risk, or behave fraudulently. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to respond.

10. Intellectual property

CCG and its trade marks belong to Coach Club Global. You keep ownership of the content you upload but grant CCG a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform to other members for the purposes of the service.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law CCG is provided "as is". We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app and you may be asked to re-accept.
